Applicants may apply by phone 800.365.8295 or online www.carecredit.com.  CareCredit offers no-interest Payment Plans 3/6/12 months if the minimum monthly payment is paid on time and the promotional balance is paid in full by the end of the promotional period. 

There are also 9.9% Extended Payment Plans for periods of 24, 36 or 48 months.
